Tiger Head Battery Company Organizes the 2024 Team-Building Activity
To enhance corporate culture, enrich employees’ leisure activities, and strengthen team cohesion, Tiger Head Battery Company organized a team-building event on December 27, taking employees to Yingde, Qingyuan for the 2024 group activity.
The event began with the guide’s brief introduction to the activity and a quiz session. The first destination was the “Hanging Sky Kettle” Tea Garden in Yingde, known as "the Hometown of Chinese Black Tea." Stepping into the Tea Garden was like entering a vast green ocean. The hills were covered with layers of lush tea trees, neatly arranged in rows like an exquisite painting crafted by nature. After exploring the Tea Garden, the group embarked on an in-depth tea culture journey led by a tea master. Holding tender tea leaves, the tea master provided a detailed explanation of the types and classifications of tea. With skilled and graceful movements, the master demonstrated each step of tea preparation, including warming cups, rinsing tea, brewing, and serving. Employees gathered around, quietly observing, and gently held freshly brewed hot tea in their hands, savoring its flavor. Voices of admiration and conversation echoed as everyone shared their insights and appreciation for tea culture, creating a lively and joyful atmosphere.
After enjoying the fragrance of tea, the second stop was the Baojing Palace, often referred as "Guangdong's Guilin" and "the Number One Cave in Lingnan." This natural limestone cave resembled as an underground palace. Under the colorful lights, the stalactites inside took on various fascinating shapes. Walking into the cave, employees were amazed by the stone pillars and stalagmites, some resembling soaring dragons and others budding flowers, showcasing nature’s remarkable craftsmanship. Along the winding pathways, they paused to admire the breathtaking views and captured the scenes with their phones. Each attraction sparked waves of exclamations and enthusiastic discussions. Colleagues helped each other take photos, further fostering a harmonious and friendly atmosphere.
As the event drew to a close, employees returned with a sense of fulfillment and joy. This group activity not only provided a break from the busy work schedule, allowing them to connect with nature and appreciate cultural beauty, but also deepened camaraderie among colleagues. It strengthened team cohesion and a sense of belonging, encouraging the Tiger Head Battery team to align closely with the company’s core mission and contribute with greater enthusiasm and pragmatic efforts to meet global consumer demands for battery products.
